Terms
This payment confirms your enrollment in ASA 103 training during a DC Sailing Community Flotilla. Training is offered in partnership with Chronic Sailing of Annapolis, a registered ASA affiliated training school. The training class fee is non-refundable, except in the event that the sailing instructor is unable to join the flotilla for any reason, and we are unable to add a new instructor, or if the flotilla is cancelled. Under either of these circumstances the training class fee will be refunded less a 3% handling fee. These terms do not alter or in any way modify the payment terms for joining a boat in the flotilla.
ASA 101 Basic Keelboat is a pre-requisite for this class. It is the registrant's responsibility to obtain ASA 101 prior to departure for this flotilla and associated training class. Failure to obtain ASA 101 Basic Keelboat is not grounds for a refund of this ASA 103 class.
